Back Plate Model

The back plate model is designed for the more competent person familiar with mains voltage. Text-switch comes with mains lead and plug already attached, stub aerial, easy screw type connections and 2 x 240 VAC output relays. 240 VAC mains power needs to be fed into the system via your host supply or Text-switch can work on a 12 VDC battery source. Once you have inserted your SIM card (supplied) its time to connect your input switches and output devices. Programming the unit to determine what text messages are sent and to which telephone numbers is simple to achieve by sending text messages from your own mobile phone. You are now ready to start Text-switching.
